It is equipped with "TAK-4" independent front suspension. It has a 750 Gallon booster tank and a 50 gallon foam tank with a foam system. It is also equipped with multiple state of the art tools useful in fire suppression techniques, and has a combination Hurst cutter/spreader tool.

3-17-2 is a 2010 Pierce 75' Quint with a 1750 GPM side mount pump. It has a fully enclosed 8 man crew cab. It is our primary response vehicle for FAST Team and M/A alarms for Vanguard Engine Company. It has a 500 Gallon booster tank and a full compliment of ground ladders. It is set and equipped to function as an engine or a ladder.

3-17-5 is a 2002 Pierce Quint/SkyBoom. It is built on a custom chassis and was built to better fit the needs of the community during the daytime hours, when generally, the manpower is at its lightest condition. 3-17-5 is also equipped with extrication equipment. It has a portable generator with a Hurst combination spreader/cutter, and airbags to help free a victim from an automobile accident. It also serves as the primary response vehicle for Mohawk, on all mutual aids, as it is set up for "Rapid Intervention Team" or FAST capabilities. The cab of 3-17-5 itself is an 8-man cab.
